“Ok, that’s it, from next week I will …”
How many times have you said something like: “From next week I will stop…”; “From next month I will start…”; “From now on…” But most of the time those good intentions end up being just that, INTENTIONS.
The truth is that, at some point, we ALL need help to MAKE things HAPPEN.
Let’s take the example of sport men and women. These remarkable individuals already have the qualities and willing, but they need more than that because the path is long and one can easily lose motivation and start doubting. That’s why they need someone being there for them, not only to bring discipline, encouragement and advise, but also understanding, caring and the support to achieve their goals. That’s why they need a Sport Coach.
Our daily lives can easily be compared to a sport competition, and even more challenging, we could say. And yes, we may have the qualities and the willing, but very often the path is long, so we can get discouraged, we may forget about our qualities or we just get lost on the way. And that’s why we need a Life Coach.
As Life Coach I focus on improving my clients’ competencies, reinforcing their confidence and empowering their qualities so they can achieve their goals, but not only. Because I know the importance of not feeling alone, I am also the person that is there for them, supporting them along the path until they build the strength to go ahead on their own.
